Sales is a challenging and rewarding profession. To celebrate sales excellence and recognize the achievements of sales teams, The Brooks Group was proud to sponsor the 19th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The Stevie Awards are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals.

I’m proud of all the winners in the Sales Team category who push themselves every day to achieve great results year in and year out. We celebrated during a gala event attended by more than 400 professionals from around the world in New York City on April 10.

The Brooks Group Strategic Partner Award 2025

The Stevies recognized the achievements of Hitachi Energy, a $10 billion company that provides sustainable energy solutions in 140+ countries. Facing supply chain disruptions and the demand for infrastructure, the sales team struggled with difficult customer conversations.

The Brooks Group developed a training program that helped transform Hitachi Energy’s sales team into strategic partners. As a result, customer surveys improved and the company developed a clear process for feedback and corrective actions. Participants saw a 17% skill improvement, stronger relationships, and higher profitability.
