Vice President, Brand and Client Engagement
Tracy Baumann is the Vice President of Brand and Client Engagement for The Brooks Group where her primary responsibilities include ensuring The Brooks Group brand promises are delivered to clients in a manner that adds value to their organization, and that the brand strategies employed resonate, excite, and create differentiation for current and potential customers. Her scope of leadership includes Learning, Facilitation, Client Experience, and Marketing.
In her role, Tracy serves as the chief customer advocate, acting as the voice of the customer in all areas of the organization including the development of marketing strategies, new product development, customer service, and product delivery.
Tracy originally joined The Brooks Group in March 2018 as Marketing Operations Specialist; she was promoted to Director of Inbound Marketing in November 2019. After assuming the responsibilities of Director of Inbound Marketing, Tracy boosted organic web traffic by 20 percent through the implementation of new content and SEO strategies. This achievement, along with Tracy’s efforts to modernize the company’s digital lead generation program through the tracking of daily analytics, has contributed to year-over-year growth in marketing-driven revenue.
Recently, Tracy was promoted again to Vice President, Brand and Client Engagement, where she oversees multiple departments and serves in the role as Integrator (EOS) to bring cross department collaboration with a focus on revenue growth and bottom-line profitability.
Career and Education
Tracy earned her Master’s degree in Business and Marketing from the University of North Alabama; and holds a BFA in Visual Arts from Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, FL.
A recent transplant from Chicago, Tracy currently resides in Greensboro, NC.
