As an Account Manager, Richard works with organizations to ensure our training and assessment solutions have created a positive impact. In addition, Richard’s mission is to help create a continual learning plan to make sure your team is enabled for future success.
Richard is also responsible for handling all inbound leads received from customers and prospects. In doing so, he acts as a liaison between prospects and The Brooks Group
Career & Education
Richard attended East Carolina University where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. During his time at ECU, he was a member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity where he continously worked with the recruiting team. Upon graduating, Richard began a career in sales and customer service, and has used that experience to help support the client experience team.
Interests & Hobbies
Richard loves playing golf, watching sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
