Glen Barnes is the Group Vice President, Government Services for the Brooks Group. Glen is a 30+ year Air Force Veteran with 20+ years of experience in military recruiting management. He combines these experiences to create custom recommendations for clients looking to improve the overall performance of their recruiting and sales organizations.

Glen is extremely passionate about helping military and government agencies hire and retain the best for service to our country either in the military or civil service.

Glen earned the top production award in the Air Force Reserve for two consecutive years and was also awarded numerous other production awards. He has held a variety of production, leadership, and program management positions at the unit and Major Command level. Glen has also managed a $20 million annual marketing and advertising program for the Air Force Reserve. Currently, Glen is managing two government contracts, curriculum development, and facilitation of sales training and sales management programs for nearly 1,000 recruiters and retainers serving the Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard.

Career and Education

Glen graduated Summa Cum Laude with an MBA and a Human Resources Management concentration from Trident University in Touro, CA.

Interests and Hobbies

Currently living in Cochran, GA, Glen is married to Joy Barnes and has two sons, William and David. William is married to Maegan. David and his wife, Sarah, have five children; Carson, Brooklyn, Addison, Dax, and Everett. Glen enjoys golfing, fishing, following college sports, and spending time with his grandchildren.
