Aliese Russell

Aliese is the Creative Director at the Brooks Group. In her role, she is responsible for creative vision, including sales and marketing collateral, as well as our award-winning training materials. Ellie is passionate about bringing creative pieces to life both in digital and print formats, transforming them into engaging, innovative designs while creating the absolute best viewing experience for the client.

She is fortunate to lead a team of talented graphic designers and is dedicated to leading them mindfully; always trying to nurture their talents while aiming to create a balanced, happy environment for them to grow and find joy in their work. In their daily work, the Graphic Team strives for excellence.

Career & Education

Aliese attended the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, where she connected most with plate design – revealing her passion for making things beautiful. After graduating, she organically worked her way through various design-related jobs, learning the ins-and-outs of both digital and print design. She landed at The Brooks Group in 2018, and has since held positions in both Learning Services and Marketing. Most recently, she has taken courses in (and continues to study) mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness, and prides herself on effective, open, and honest communication.

Interests & Hobbies

In her time off, Aliese enjoys spending time with her family and pets, painting, and learning to garden.
