Courtney assists The Brooks Group’s Client Experience team with all client programs and internal projects. She is qualified in customer care and is highly personable. In her position, she completes a variety of administrative tasks, including print and materials orders for each training program, serving as a customer service representative, and keeping the department running smoothly and on deadline. Courtney is proficient in Adobe, Excel, Word, WRIKE and InDesign.
With over ten years of experience working in fast-paced work environments, Courtney is highly experienced in customer service, marketing and administration. After high school, Courtney went straight into the workforce, but plans to further her education.
