Career and Education
Noelle received a BA in Sociology & Anthropology and a Minor in Criminology from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
Throughout her career, Noelle has held various sales leadership positions where she excelled in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, building productive and effective sales cultures, and reducing sales rep turnover.
As a trainer, coach, and entrepreneur, she is dedicated to acquiring knowledge and skills she can use in her business to help her clients transform something good into something extraordinary. She is committed to and excels at developing and implementing solutions that support personal and professional growth in people and in business.
Noelle has experience teaching courses in the US, Singapore, Malyasia, and Canada – giving her the experience of working with a large variety of industry, cultures, and sales dynamics.
Interests and Hobbies
Noelle enjoys spending time with her family in Calgary, Canada doing outdoor activities and pursuits such as hiking mountains, snowshoeing, skiing, biking, and golfing. She is an advocate of healthy living and continuous learning and improvement, loves reading, cooking, and animals.
