Lisa’s varied career background melds into a mixture of experience resulting into business acumen and insight that benefits her clients. Her background boasts developing and motivating all types of people as an Emmy-award winning journalist, as well as managing quota-busting media sales teams. In her 9+ years at The Brooks Group, Lisa earns respect daily for her gritty client focus, which leads to year after year budget over-achievement due to the success of her clients. Her approach is working alongside sales leaders, to help them discover the potential of their sales team members, and will design strategies to develop and motivate them to new success.
Having witnessed her media sales team’s transformation that resulted from a formal sales training initiative, she uses that experience to help the lowest performers blossom into systematic selling machines across many industries of B2B sales. Her portfolio ranges from Fortune 500 companies to independent distribution reps – and everything in between.
Lisa has a passion for helping leaders drive change management, charting a course for greater success by cultivating long-term sustained behavioral change. She can drive sales managers who merely put out fires day to day to flourish as visionaries who can motivate their team and generate results for their sales organizations. Her years on the road tell her that not all sales teams and situations are the same, and that cultivating a customized approach to sales effectiveness for that company is the key to maximizing results. From hiring the right candidates to consistently training and reinforcing a sales process, Lisa can help sales teams over-achieve their goals and retain key players.
