Dan Markin brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience to The Brooks Group and is well-versed in B2B sales training, sales leadership, and sales strategy. He is passionate about coaching salespeople further develop their capabilities for greater success by understanding their individual strengths.
As Vice President of Sales Strategy and Consulting for The Brooks Group, Dan leverages a powerful methodology based on human behavior, learning, and motivation to empower sales teams to establish a consultative sales process, build value and trust, gain confidence in their ability to consult with buyers, and achieve breakthrough sales results.
Career and Education
Dan received a BS in Psychology and a BS in Communications from The Ohio State University. Dan’s corporate experience includes senior level positions leading complex sales teams and processes with P&L responsibility. He has received numerous financial, leadership, and management awards.
Dan has worked with many notable clients, including Airbus, ARAMARK, Bank of America, Hitachi Energy, Home Depot, Pfizer, SANY Americas, Wendy’s International, and Volvo and Mack Trucks.
Interests and Hobbies
Dan lives in Charlotte, North Carolina where he enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and aviation. He’s an FAA licensed pilot, as well as a published author and recognized leader in the field of emotional intelligence.
