Jason Sullivan is a facilitator at The Brooks Group, where he brings a high-energy approach and a desire to inspire others to the company’s training and coaching programs.

Jason brings more than two decades of sales and management experience to the sales training team at TBG. He has specific expertise in packaging sales and distribution, having spent most of his career delivering solutions to global leaders in the CPG industry. During this time, Jason had a front-row seat as the packaging industry evolved to embrace sustainability initiatives – requiring him to change his sales methodologies to support the evolving standards.

At The Brooks Group, Jason looks forward to leveraging his experiences in commission sales, change management, and sales/marketing alignment in leading training initiatives that have a real impact on sales throughput and success. Jason believes that being successful in sales today – especially in a crowded marketplace – requires an earnest approach to communications and customer service.

“Once an individual trusts in you and your character,” Jason says, “I believe you are in the best state to inspire, encourage and provide the atmosphere to get the best out of an individual or team.”

Career and Education

Prior to joining TBG, Jason served as Associate VP of Sales and Marketing for the world leader in high-end packaging made of molded fiber; prior, he served as Sales Manager for Stephen Gould Corp, the largest privately owned packaging/marketing materials company in the U.S.

Jason holds a Master’s degree in Human Behavior from National University in San Diego, CA, and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration from San Diego State University.

Interests and Hobbies

A fitness, travel, and movie buff, Jason resides with his wife of 20 years and sons aged 7 and 9 in Southern California, though they are in the process of relocating to the Midwest, where Jason has family ties.
