Lisa Rehurek is a Director of Sales Effectiveness for The Brooks Group. Her extensive experience in strategic productivity and business development allow her to fulfill her professional purpose of helping businesses to grow efficiently.

Lisa has the ability to visualize and set big picture strategy, as well as the ability to turn that vision into an executable plan of action. She is highly skilled at inspiring others to reach their full potential.

Career and Education

Lisa has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Hotel Management from the University of North Texas, where she also minored in Marketing. Prior to joining The Brooks Group, Lisa served as COO, Vice President, and Co-Founder at T Marreel & Associates where she started three businesses from the ground up, one of which was later sold for $46 million.

Prior to T Marreel & Associations, Lisa led Mercer GHSC’s business development efforts nationwide. Results included doubling the revenue year over year for five years in a row, and helping to build the practice from one line of business in approximately a dozen states to five lines of business in more than three dozen states.

Lisa has extensive consulting, training, and coaching experience, with an emphasis on the topics of business development, strategic productivity, leadership, emotional intelligence, small business marketing, and social media marketing. She has worked with several key clients, including:

Interests and Hobbies

Lisa describes herself as a dog lover, fun inspirer, and business junkie. She is completely enamored with efficiency, and is also the author of seven books, most notably The Martini Mindset.
