Lisa Freeman is a Director of Sales Effectiveness for The Brooks Group. Lisa’s experience in consultative sales and managing sales teams in diverse business environments allows her to deliver a profound sales shift which strengthens the progress made during sales training. Her motivating and innovative approach to engaging participants allows her to help stakeholders and participants reach both short and long-term goals.

Throughout her career, Lisa has gained expertise in developing sales territories, optimizing workforce management strategies, and coaching sales reps to high performance across multiple industries. Lisa brings 25+ years of consultative sales and sales management to her coaching practice.

Lisa enjoys being active at the beach, walking outdoors, and cycling where she resides in North Carolina. In addition, Lisa is an avid fan of the Carolina Panthers and has found a new pastime embracing the wonderful life of being Mimi to her two grandchildren.
