Julie Gothard brings over 25 years of sales, sales coaching, and sales training experience to every program she delivers for The Brooks Group. In her training and coaching programs, Julie focuses on leading participants to make their own discoveries and breakthroughs—and to confidently own their new capabilities.
As a Director of Sales Effectiveness for The Brooks Group, Julie is committed to partnering with clients to discover tactics and strategies that can help individuals and organizations achieve greater business results.
Career and Education
A native Texan, Julie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. After holding successful corporate sales and sales management roles, Julie began training others in selling and coaching skills. She has coached and trained individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders around the globe.
Julie has extensive experience in the healthcare industry in addition to transportation, high-end retail, insurance and financial services, and marketing companies. She has also worked with Not-for-Profit and Membership organizations.
In her most recent role, she heads up her own consulting company, where she works as a sales coach, speaker, and consultant.
Interests and Hobbies
Julie enjoys spending time with her husband of 22 years and their three children – a 7th grader, high school freshman, and a high school senior starting Indiana University in the fall. She also enjoys exercising, volunteering in the community, and watching sports.
