Sales Operations Manager
Joel Goins is the Sales Operations Manager for The Brooks Group. In his role, Joel is responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth of The Brooks Group and ultimately, the organizations we support. His scope of responsibility includes optimizing our reporting and internal tracking systems for maximum client benefit while also managing and developing our client success and growth strategies.
Career & Education
Joel combines his experience in consultative sales across a wide spectrum of verticals including, manufacturing, engineering, construction and government to understand the needs of our clients and articulate the value that The Brooks Group solutions provide.
Joel has built a record of understanding client needs and identifying previously unidentified areas of opportunity for his business partners.
Prior to joining The Brooks Group, Joel held a role as a sales consultant, with the largest fleet management organization in North America. There he focused on high-value B2B sales to help businesses, corporations, hospital systems, and government entities achieve their financial goals. Through his contributions to the Enterprise Holdings organization, his teams earned multiple President’s Award and Exceptional Achievement Award honors.
Joel earned his B.A. in Business Communication from the University of Maryland, College Park. Interestingly enough, the New York native relocated to Greensboro, N.C. shortly after graduating, and has grown to truly appreciate all that Greensboro has to offer.
Interests & Hobbies
Joel enjoys traveling, especially to the Caribbean and other tropical destinations. When he’s not overseas, he stays active and enjoys activities such as basketball, rock climbing, and running.
