Drea Douglass

Drea Douglass is the Director of Talent Management Consulting at The Brooks Group. She is primarily responsible for assessment interpretation, hiring and development consultation, and supporting internal assessment operations with her years of experience in the sales training and assessment business. She has worked with organizations across many industries including telecom, mechanical contracting, real estate, insurance, and more to help them hire the best people for their open positions, develop their existing employees, and prepare for the future with succession planning.

Drea earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Stetson University with a Minor in French. After completing her degree, she traveled the country and the world, driven by her desire to understand others and explore. She was fortunate to discover the world of psychometric assessments upon moving to Greensboro, NC where she has found that her passion for understanding others and helping them achieve their goals can come together in an objective, actionable way.
