Chris began with The Brooks Group as a contract facilitator in October of 2015 and currently holds the position of Director of Sales Effectiveness. With over 20 years of Military experience Chris brings organization and passion to every program he facilitates.

Career and Education

Chris is a 26-year Active Duty Air Force Veteran with 16 years of experience in military recruiting and management. While recruiting for the Active Duty Air Force, Chris earned three consecutive Silver Badges and upon moving to Air Force Reserve recruiting, he achieved the National Top Non-Prior Service Recruiter Award for two consecutive years. He was also awarded the prestigious Century Club Award three times, earning him his Master Recruiter Badge along with numerous other production awards.

Chris ended his production recruiting career with an impressive career average of 144% of his assigned goal. He managed and trained one of the largest health professions recruiting teams in the Air Force Reserve, and he has held a variety of production and leadership positions within the Air Force Reserve.

Chris is currently working towards his bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management at Columbia Southern University.

Interests and Hobbies

Chris and his wife, Heather, currently live in Boardman, OH and are extremely proud of their children. Their daughter, Lauren, works in sales and their three boys each serve in the Military. Christian is in the Air Force stationed in Japan, Seth is in the Marine Corp stationed in Hawaii, and their youngest, Luke, is serving in the Army and stationed in South Korea. Chris is passionate about everything outdoors. He enjoys spending time at his cabin and hiking through the woods with his two Labrador Retrievers, Angus and Bella, by his side.
