As the Project Manager for the Government Service Division, Ashley oversees the day-to-day operations involved with developing and delivering customized training programs for Military and other Government agencies. Her clients include the US Marine Corps Recruiting Command, Air Force Recruiting Service, Air Force Personnel Center, Freddie Mac, and the Air Force Reserve.
Ashley leads the course development process for designing training curriculum. Additionally, she manages logistics, budgeting, and finances for the entire team and the client training programs. She also serves as the Subject Matter Expert for Brooks Talent Index assessments.
Through her previous roles at The Brooks Group, Ashley has gained an in-depth understanding of what it takes to deliver large, complex training programs from start to finish. She serves as a single point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff related to individual programs, and ensures that all programs are delivered on time, with the highest quality.
Career and Education
Ashley attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. She began her career as an intern at The Brooks Group in the Marketing Department and post-graduation transitioned to working with the company's assessment services as a Product Specialist. Ashley has spent her time at The Brooks Group contributing to the growth of the Talent Management Division, as well as assisting within the Marketing Department and Corporate Events.
Interests and Hobbies
Ashley and her husband, Alan, enjoy traveling as much as time will permit. Experiencing new cultures and visiting new cities nationally and internationally is Ashley's favorite thing to do. She is also an avid NC State fan and loves DIY projects for their home.
