Jon Cox has extensive experience as a recruiter, trainer, and facilitator in the retail, corporate, and military industry. Career and Education
Jon is a 24-year veteran of the United States Navy. He served for 20 years in the Navy Recruiting Command in multiple locations and positions and six years as a Recruiting Director for a company with over 80,000 employees in the Midwest. After serving in the Navy, Jon worked as director of recruiting for Hy-Vee, Inc. for over five years. Jon has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Trident University International.
Interests and Hobbies
Jon is involved with veteran’s organizations, including the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and is currently producing his own podcast for recruiters, Jontherecruiterpodcast.
