Jason Jackson

Jason offers a unique blend of hands-on technical expertise, strategic recruitment experience, and a proven track record in both military and civilian sectors, making him a versatile and highly effective leader in any setting.

Career and Education

Recently retired from the United States Navy after 24 years of service, Jason began his career as a jet engine mechanic aboard the USS Nimitz aircraft carrier. It was during his subsequent tour as a Navy recruiter that he found his true calling.

After transitioning from jet engine mechanic to career recruiter, Jason spent the next 17 years in the Navy’s recruiting field, including five years in medical programs. He retired in Corpus Christi, TX, in March 2020.

During his Navy career, Jason was recognized as Medical Recruiter of the Year (twice), Recruiter of the Year (twice), Division Chief of the Year, Leading Petty Officer of the Year, Station of the Year, and Division of the Year.

Jason also has three years of experience recruiting physicians for hospitals, critical access hospitals, and clinics across the nation. His high-level consulting with hospital leadership has been instrumental in creating attractive opportunities for prospective physicians. In addition to this experience, Jason owns a successful photography business. Jason has a degree in Organizational Leadership from Trident University International.

Interests and Hobbies

Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. He loves watching his kids play sports, grilling, and fishing. Now that his children are getting older, he’s taking up new hobbies like photography and enjoying time by the pool.
