The Brooks Group Is Ranked No. 1 Among Small Firms in the Triad’s Best Places to Work Award

Greensboro, NC – June 28, 2016 – The Brooks Group is proud to announce we have been ranked No. 1 among small firms in the Triad’s Best Places to Work award held by the Triad Business Journal. This is the second year in a row that The Brooks Group has received the award.

Winners were determined by national research firm Quantum Workplace, based on employee responses to a survey gauging factors ranging from workplace engagement to executive commitment. Employers had to achieve a participation threshold based on the size of their local work force and had to achieve an overall score of 82 to be among the honorees.

An unlimited Paid Time Off policy, profit sharing, and comprehensive health benefits are just a few of the factors that contributed to The Brooks Group’s achievement of this award.
