The Brooks Group Makes the Triad Business Journal’s Fast 50 List and Is Named the Triad’s Top Small Employer

GREENSBORO, NC October 2015 The Brooks Group has been recognized by the Triad Business Journal as one of the Triad’s 50 fastest growing privately held companies. To be considered, companies must be for-profit with their U.S. headquarters based in the Triad. They must have completed three full fiscal years and had $2 million or more in revenue in 2014. The companies were ranked using a formula that considers both dollar and percentage growth.

In addition to being named one of the 50 fastest growing companies, The Brooks Group was recently named as the Triad’s Top Small Employer by the Triad Business Journal. The nominated companies were evaluated not by leadership interviews, but by answers that employees revealed through a scientific survey by research firm Quantum Workplace. To qualify, employers had to meet a minimum participation threshold, which varies based on local employment, and their cumulative scores were used to determine the finalists and top performers by size category: Small (10-49), midsize (50-249), and large (250+).
