Jeff joins The Brooks Group with 15 years of experience in sales and training in the B2B and B2C healthcare industry. Jeff has worked as a front line sales rep, a district sales manager, a sales trainer, and as a national sales training director. Jeff has facilitated more than 150 in-person IMPACT sales trainings, physician sales trainings, and customer service trainings. His education includes undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Jeff credits his team’s sales success to following a process and being willing to apply new ideas on sales calls. He believes preparing for sales interactions, being curious when asking discovery questions, and confidently asking for the business are key pillars to success in sales. He’s witnessed the measured results of IMPACT training in his organization, seeing an increase in sales calls +26%, referrals +19%, and sales +18%.
Outside of training, Jeff enjoys spending quality time with family, traveling abroad, volunteering as a teacher and pianist, watching FC Barcelona and Duke basketball, and playing brain-burning strategy board games.
