Rogerio Soares brings over 15 years of experience in marketing, account management, sales coaching and consulting to The Brooks Group as a Director of Sales Effectiveness. He has worked with clients across the globe in a wide range of industries and is especially qualified in the areas of B2B Sales Process, CRM Implementation, and Process Management.
Rogerio’s purpose is to develop sales professionals and help them achieve increased performance results in the ever-changing business world and digital evolution. His knack for processes and strong training and coaching skillset set him apart as a high-impact facilitator.
Career and Education
Rogerio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing from Pontificia Universidade Catolica and a certification in Business Management from the University of California San Diego.
Rogerio began his career as an advertising account manager for enterprise-level clients including Electrolux and Ford, and also worked as a marketing manager and CRM consultant for clients such as Volvo.
Throughout his career, Rogerio has worked with other large, enterprise-level clients on projects involving CRM implementation, Service Excellence programs, and more. Rogerio speaks Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
Interests and Hobbies
Rogerio lives in Brazil and enjoys spending time with his wife, Giorgia, and their two daughters. When he’s not facilitating training programs, he enjoys surfing and reading books about sales and marketing.
