Anita’s previous position of Chief Sales Officer at The Brooks Group allowed her to work closely with sales leaders—giving her a holistic view of the training initiative, and the ability to provide the most effective, results-driven solutions to every company The Brooks Group partners with.
Anita’s greatest desire is to enable training participants to realize their full performance potential and drive growth for themselves and their organizations. Her natural strength as a coach and leader allows her to guide The Brooks Group to success by focusing on client needs and providing solutions that achieve true ROI and long-term success.
Anita graduated from Loyola University of Chicago and jumped right into a successful career in sales. Through her career, Anita has held a variety of sales and sales management positions where she was recognized as top producer many years, and successfully trained and developed new sales hires and existing sales teams.
A role in media sales for Dick Broadcasting Company, Inc. brought Anita to Greensboro, where she excelled in driving profitable revenue for the company for over 24 years.
Anita joined The Brooks Group team in 2014 and has worn many hats for the organization – from facilitating training programs, to overseeing a team of facilitators, to heading up the Client Experience department, and now, leading the sales team.
Anita lives in Greensboro, NC with her husband and two children. She enjoys exploring new frontiers and ideas and is an advocate of personal growth and development. Anita is a competitive triathlete and has run many half and full marathons, including the Marine Corp Marathon, the New York Marathon, and the Boston Marathon. Anita’s latest athletic endeavor is a daily yoga practice.
