Kerri Martinek is Vice President of Marketing and Product Innovation at The Brooks Group, where she leads brand strategy, demand generation, go-to-market execution, and product innovation initiatives focused on accelerating revenue growth and market expansion.

With more than 20 years of experience aligning marketing and sales organizations, Kerri specializes in building scalable demand generation engines, accelerating pipeline growth, and helping organizations turn marketing into a measurable revenue driver. Her expertise spans account-based marketing, sales enablement, revenue operations, AI-enabled marketing systems, and go-to-market strategy for enterprise and mid-market organizations.

Before joining The Brooks Group, Kerri served as Head of Global Brand and Marketing at Sandler, where she built an ABM-led revenue engine that significantly increased marketing-sourced pipeline and closed-won revenue while expanding marketing’s contribution to overall business growth. She also led a global rebrand across more than 230 locations in 30 countries and helped launch the company’s first AI-powered SaaS offering. Earlier in her career, Kerri founded and led a fractional CMO consultancy, advising more than 30 organizations across SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, energy, and professional services on growth strategy, market positioning, and revenue generation.

Kerri is passionate about helping organizations create stronger alignment between sales and marketing to drive predictable growth, improve customer engagement, and deliver measurable business results. She earned her MBA in Marketing from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
