Anita Greenland is a Director of Sales Effectiveness for The Brooks Group. Anita brings over 30 years of experience in sales, management, coaching, consulting, and facilitation to every program she leads. Her experience—paired with her high energy and engaging delivery style—compels participants to actively participate and strive to achieve new levels of personal and professional growth.
Anita’s greatest desire is to enable training participants to realize their full performance potential and drive growth for themselves and their organizations. Her natural strength as a teacher, coach and leader allows her to guide clients and their teams on a results-oriented learning journey to empowered performance.
Career and Education
Anita graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with a BA in Marketing, and she is currently pursuing her Executive MBA with Quantic School of Business and Technology.
Throughout her career, Anita has held a range of sales, sales leadership, and consulting positions including the Stroh Brewery Company, Appetizers And Inc, and Dick Broadcasting Company. For many years, she led the sales team and learning experience team here at The Brooks Group.
In her most recent role, she heads up her own consulting company, where she works as a sales coach, speaker, and consultant.
Interests and Hobbies
Anita lives in Greensboro, North Carolina where she enjoys spending time with her family, running, and teaching yoga classes. Whenever possible, she and her husband escape to the North Carolina mountains for hiking, rest, and relaxation.
