Scott McDonald brings 30 years of experience of revenue leadership, sales strategy & design, facilitation and advisory to The Brooks Group. He is passionate about coaching and developing healthy leaders, teams, and organizations.
Career and Education
Prior to his current role as Chief Sales Officer, Scott has spent time in a variety of executive functions at Garten Wellbeing as Chief Revenue Officer, Challenger/CEB/Gartner as both Managing Director and Principal Advisor, Oakwood Worldwide as Senior Vice President of Operations and Customer Experience, and FedEx Office as National and Regional Director of Sales. In addition to his professional roles, he enjoys developing leaders and professionals and speaking at conferences and events throughout the globe.
Scott is a graduate of Indiana University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising & Marketing. Additionally, he received an Executive Education Certification from the University of Texas, Austin. He holds several professional training certifications, including numerous sales and customer experience platforms, leadership development principles, behavioral, and communication styles.
Interests and Hobbies
Scott resides in Phoenix, AZ with his spouse and two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, serving on non-profit boards, developing leaders, and playing an occasional round of golf.
