Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in learning and development, from instructional design to facilitation and strategic consulting. Throughout her career, she has been involved in strategy setting, product development, customer service training, and crisis management solutions. One of her greatest strengths is aligning client needs with the right training and solutions. Jennifer aims to move beyond the problem that is presented and help create solutions for the clients she partners with to drive organizational growth.

As our Learning and Development Strategist, Jennifer partners with clients along with The Brooks Group’s facilitators, instructional designers, and delivery teams to create customized approaches to training and reinforcement that generate behavior change and improved sales success. Jennifer has worked for The Brooks Group for over 7 years with clients in a cross-section of industries including, Healthfirst, Volvo Construction Equipment, Flow Control Group, Airbus, United States Marine Corps, Hitachi Energy, United States Air Force, and Yeti.

Jennifer has created several new products and helped push the limits of learning to a new level, infusing best practices for adult learning into each new design. Jennifer’s responsibilities include designing curriculum and solutions that honor The Brooks Group’s legacy and speak to the modern-day seller and leader.

Career & Education

Jennifer worked at Aetna US Healthcare in various roles, including compliance, finance, sales, and quality assurance areas. She participated in the instructional design and development of national sales conferences, product rollouts, and employee engagement learning.

She worked at Freddie Mac for 15 years, part of which included projects on the Chief of Staff and Government Relations teams. While at Freddie Mac, she focused on reputational risk and employee development. During the national housing crisis, Jennifer helped develop Customer Experience Homeowner Assistance Certifications and partnered with Congressional Staff and other government offices to resolve complex homeowners’ mortgage issues. While working at Aetna and Freddie Mac, she received many awards, including Customer Excellence Champion and Premier Achievement.

Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from Moody Bible Institute and her Master of Education in Teaching and Learning from Liberty University, She is currently a Ph.D. candidate for a Doctorate in Philosophy in Education with an Organizational Leadership concentration. She is an Accredited Mortgage Professional.

Interests & Hobbies

Jennifer lives in San Diego, where she enjoys the sunshine and beautiful weather. She loves reading, spending time with her nieces and nephew, and traveling with friends. She enjoys being part of her church community and helping with small group curriculum and training. She also enjoys traveling and serving with non-profit organizations throughout the world.
