Ted Schaffer offers decades of strategic training and recruitment experience. With a distinguished military track record, he is a highly effective leader in any setting.
Career and Education
Ted is a 32-year veteran of the United States Navy. His career began with six years onboard submarines, after which he served the Navy Recruiting Command.
Ted is a highly decorated Navy Master Chief with five Meritorious Service Medals, five Navy Commendation Medals, and many other awards. His service included the training of nearly 2,200 sailors under his leadership.
Ted completed the United States Navy Senior Enlisted Academy leadership development program for senior and master chief petty officers. The program’s charter is to develop agile, adaptive military professionals who inspire their teams to perform at higher levels.
He is currently continuing his education at the San Francisco Film School, a nationally accredited institution specializing in the training and development of film and media professionals.
Interests and Hobbies
Born and raised in Missouri, Ted now lives in Spanish Fort, Alabama with his wife Kelly. Ted enjoys spending time golfing, riding motorcycles, cars and following all sports.
