During the live, interactive virtual workshop, our virtual sales training-certified instructors will guide your team through the steps needed to dominate the virtual world.

You will meet on Zoom for an interactive virtual workshop guiding you through the steps needed to dominate the virtual world.

Workshop 1: Be Credible in Your Virtual Communication

The purpose of this session is to help you be credible by:

• Understanding how to position yourself virtually and build your perception to a “one-of-a-kind” asset

• Creating customer interest with direct value statements and tips on overcoming the “no” when you can’t walk in the office

• Increasing awareness of different customer/ connection styles and build rapport and trust through this discovery

• Virtually selling to different communication styles

• Increasing virtual connection rates and selecting the right virtual tool

• Taking actions to build and sustain credibility and trust in all virtual communications

Workshop 2: Own Your Virtual Meetings Part 1 – Be Prepared & Professional

The purpose of this session is to help you be intentional by:

• Capturing prospects with your first impression, create strong statements of intention and agendas for your virtual meetings

• Reducing virtual selling stress and calm fears

• Increasing Zoom/Teams/WebEx & Soapbox utilization to take control

• Overcoming common mistakes and misperceptions

• Understanding the power of the webcam and overcoming closed video cameras

Workshop 3: Own Your Virtual Meetings Part 2 – Be Curious & Be Relational

The purpose of this session is to help you be curious and relational by:

• Purposefully listen to enhance your possibilities of virtual-based success

• Utilize the right number and right kinds of questions in virtual interactions

• Employing a virtual notepad and enhance virtual presentations

• Ensure engagement by talking less and connecting more

Workshop 4: Own Your Virtual Meetings Part 3 – Be Intentional

The purpose of this session is to help you be intentional by:

• Building your value through virtual connections

• Strategies to overcome objections virtually

• Using the power of your webcam to close deals

• Practicing your virtual presentation techniques

• Using all virtual tools to build trust through follow up best practices
