Position Purpose

Guide clients through the planning and delivery of their sales training programs. Serve as each client’s single point of contact, keeping timelines, people, and details aligned while providing a responsive, positive client experience.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Calendar and Priority Management

  • Create a plan using an established implementation process for each client program, with clear milestones, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Lead kickoff meetings and guide clients through program preparation, explaining what information and decisions are needed at each step.
  • Coordinate clear, timely communication among clients, facilitators, internal teams, and vendors, and follow through on commitments.
  • Manage several programs at once in a fast-paced environment; track progress, update project records, and communicate changes promptly.
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling, delivery, and client concerns; involve the right people when an issue needs additional support.
  • Coordinate facilitator schedules, travel, and program milestones.
  • Confirm practical details with clients and venues, including agendas, participant lists, room setup, audiovisual equipment, shipping, and international travel documentation when needed.
  • Coordinate with the printing partner and other vendors to produce and deliver training materials on schedule.

    Qualifications

    • Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with clients and colleagues at all levels.
    • Strong organization, attention to detail, and sound judgment when solving problems and managing competing deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams, adapt quickly to changing needs, and use Microsoft Office effectively.
    • Experience with Monday.com or other project management software.

    Education/Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Three years of program/project management or client-facing experience in professional services.
