Rondey Bullock is a facilitator at The Brooks Group. Rondey brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, sales, leadership, and recruiting in both corporate and government sectors.
Rondey achieves success by collaborating with leaders to understand the wants and needs of the organization, and then tailoring comprehensive strategic plans for achieving objectives.
Career and Education
Rondey graduated from Park University with a BS in Management and Human Resources. He later received a Master’s of Public Administration from North Carolina Central University.
Rondey served as a Flight Chief/District Recruiting Manager for the US Air Force Reserve where he was awarded the Team Excellence Role four years, as well as Top Flight Chief/District Recruiting Manager award. Rondey also served as Superintendent/Regional Recruiting Manager and Force Requirements Policy Chief for the US Air Force Reserve. Among his many accomplishments was aggressively defending the US Air Force Reserve Recruiting Operating Budget of approximately $105.3M, resulting in the organization meeting 100% of its recruiting goal/business objective.
Rondey’s most recent role was VP of Talent Acquisition Management for Wells Fargo Consumer Lending. There, he led a team consisting of two managers and thirty-four recruiters responsible for recruitment efforts nationwide. This experience allowed Rondey to collaborate with business partners, senior leadership, and external agencies to capitalize on opportunities such as the Military Senior Transition Assistance Program (S-TAP) to increase veteran hiring.
Interests and Hobbies
Rondey enjoys football, martial arts, traveling, and attending plays and live theater. He is a team leader on his church’s Hospitality Ministry.
