As the Client Experience Coordinator at The Brooks Group, Robyn provides exceptional service to all Talent Management Division clients. Her role is to assist consultants with requested information and materials for client debriefs. Robyn’s daily tasks include creating client reports, maintaining client scheduling software, managing client requests and problems, as well as billing reports.
Career and Education
Robyn attended Bennett College and obtained a Bachelor of Science in both Mathematics and Biology. After graduating, she began working in the hospitality industry where she found a new passion for providing outstanding client experiences. She has continued her journey to make every customer experience positive and has future plans to further her education.
Interests and Hobbies
In her spare time, Robyn enjoys spending time with her family. They reside in Greensboro, North Carolina, but love traveling to Maryland to see family and watch sports. Robyn and her family love being “foodies” and searching for new adventures both in and out of state.
