Rich Recchio is the Director of Marketing for The Brooks Group. In his role, Rich is responsible for identifying the needs and challenges of The Brooks Group’s customers and prospects, and collaborating across the organization to design and deliver the most useful and relevant training possible.
Rich believes that marketing should be helpful, and not interruptive. He achieves this goal for The Brooks Group by leading a Marketing team to attract new leads with valuable resources, while helping clients discover solutions that address any barriers holding them back from continued growth and success.
Rich received a BA in Marketing from Utica College of Syracuse University, where he minored in Management. He has over 10 years of sales, sales management, and marketing experience—allowing him to better understand the challenges faced by many sales teams, as well the importance of strengthening the alignment of the sales and marketing divisions.
In his previous role of Director of Sales and Marketing for Caronet, Rich built a team from existing employees and new hires and generated an increase in revenue of 175% from the previous year. His focus was on creating and implementing the inbound marketing strategy with an emphasis on brand awareness, website optimization, and lead generation—which he increased by 74% vs the previous year, leading to $200,000 in newly generated revenue.
