As a Project Manager at The Brooks Group, Mary manages the successful delivery of client training engagements from the point of execution to the very end. She serves as a single point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff related to each individual program. As a project manager, she is also responsible for scheduling and organizing program details and meetings, coordinating materials, and setting up post-program coaching. Mary is an administrator for Brooks Academy Learning Management System and the WRIKE Project Management System.

Mary dedicated 16 years of her career to the Guilford County Schools System, where she served as Treasurer and Data Manager. While in this position, she received multiple awards, including the Outstanding Financial Audit Award.

Mary enjoys spending her free time with her husband of 27 years, and their 3 children. They are expecting their first grandchild this October. The Kearns family members are active in their church community, and they like to spend time on volunteer projects associated with the church.
