Lonnie Taylor is a facilitator at The Brooks Group. Lonnie brings over 20 years of experience in sales, recruiting, and leadership in both corporate and government sectors.
Lonnie has mastered the art of motivating and inspiring others into action. His goal in every training program is to lead participants to perform above and beyond their normal capacity.
Career and Education
Lonnie graduated from Geneva College with a BS in Human Resources. He later received a Master’s in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) from Troy University and a PhD in Business Administration from Trident University International.
Lonnie served as an Operations Superintendent for the Air Force Reserve Recruiting Service where he planned, developed, and implemented recruiting strategies to ensure mission, goals and objectives were successfully met. He has also held positions as Senior Executive Search Consultant for Lucas Group where he successfully placed Executives, Engineers, and Technicians with notable Fortune 1000 companies including Nestle, Bimbo Bakeries, Thyssenkrupp, and Cintas.
Lonnie’s most recent role was Principal Business Consultant for Taylor Group of Atlanta. In this position, Lonnie consulted with companies in the areas of sales, marketing, operational and human resource management, and training. He assisted in the development of strategic and HR plans to aid in achieving annual production and sales goals, as well as developing and facilitating sales training programs.
Interests and Hobbies
Lonnie lives in Atlanta, Georgia. He enjoys traveling, painting, motorcycle riding, and classic cars.
