Laura Lloyd is a Regional VP of Sales for the Brooks Group. Laura is passionate about enabling every sales team she works with to achieve its full potential. Using her strong communication and consultative skills, Laura connects with an organization’s stakeholders to understand where the company is today, and where it needs to be in order to grow and thrive into the future.

Her sales effectiveness expertise allows her to connect the dots for clients, creating a customized sales effectiveness solution that incorporates sales hiring, training, coaching, reinforcement, and long-term sustainment.

Laura’s extensive sales and project management experience gives her insight to the front and back end of delivering effective training programs for clients. Her strength in relationship building allows her to connect with her clients and their organizations on a personal level, and give her full commitment to the success of the program.

Laura earned her BA at Elon University, a private liberal arts university in Elon, NC.
