Kevin Reinert has been with The Brooks Group for over 10 years. His current focus includes the ongoing training of more than a thousand military recruiters and retention specialists for the US Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard, teaching them IMPACT Selling® principles to help recruit and retain top-quality personnel.
Kevin earned his expertise in IMPACT Selling first-hand – on the job with a key client of The Brooks Group, the US Air Force Reserve Command Recruiting Service. While in the Reserve, Kevin spearheaded the organization’s effort to incorporate best practices from sales techniques used in the private sector. Partnering with The Brooks Group in 2000, Kevin helped to train 400 military recruiters/salespeople on a customized version of the IMPACT Selling System.
Kevin is known for his clear and patient teaching style and ability to guide salespeople who are new to IMPACT Selling and The Brooks Group’s assessments through the process of applying their new knowledge to their real-world situations.
