Kathy Coder brings extensive experience in sales and leadership along with 20+ years of training and consulting to every program she delivers for The Brooks Group. Kathy enjoys getting creative with training programs to make them more memorable, and she is passionate about engaging people and helping them grow to their full potential.

As a Director of Sales Effectiveness for The Brooks Group, Kathy is committed to giving organizations and participants not only a vision, but a plan on how to achieve success.

Kathy graduated from Edinboro University with a BA in Communications with a Minor in Business. She later received a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) from Geneva College.

Kathy began her career in pharmaceutical and medical sales where she sold a variety of products to physicians and hospitals as well as training and developing sales teams. Kathy has put her leadership in action as she served for 10 years on the Bellevue City Council, where she was President for four years. She is currently President and Founder of Inta-great, serving as a consultant to pharmaceutical and medical companies and training physicians on presentation and interpersonal skills.
