As the Chief Culture Officer of The Brooks Group, Jeb Brooks is responsible for the initiatives that create and maintain a strong company culture.
Jeb believes fervently that companies don’t grow, people do. The purpose of The Brooks Group is to help team members grow as people and professionals so that they can help clients do the same. Jeb’s work is centered around identifying opportunities for everyone to push their comfort zones and extend beyond their limits.
Jeb is also responsible for overseeing employee engagement and satisfaction to ensure that the team is happy, productive, and that The Brooks Group’s core values are demonstrated on a daily basis.
It is Jeb’s belief that a culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates team members will in turn lead to a strong customer focus—and ultimately translate to growth and increased revenue.
Jeb is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and also holds a Juris Doctor from Elon University. He is the author of four books and has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Money, Fortune, and CNN. Jeb is also an award-winning member of ISA, The Association of Learning Providers.
