FB Whiteley is a Director of Sales Effectiveness at The Brooks Group. He assumed this role in May of 2015, but has been a facilitator for The Brooks Group since 2009.
Career and Education
FB joined the United States Air Force in 1986 and went on to have a distinguished career of more than 22 years. During that time he served 19 years in Special Duty Assignments; 5 years as a Master Military Training Instructor and 14 years as a Recruiter.
Throughout his career, FB developed a passion for helping those around him become the best they could be. During his time as a Master Military Training Instructor he trained hundreds of young men and women providing them with the tools needed to have a successful Air Force career. He served most of his time in the recruiting field where he led and directed both small and large teams to success, while helping thousands of young men and women realize their dreams of joining the military.
FB has extensive experience in recruiting all target markets with the exception of Physicians. He also served as Chief of Training and Superintendent of Operations Division at the Recruiting Headquarters level and was responsible for the training and production for over 300 recruiters worldwide.
FB holds a MBA with a minor in Human Resources Management from Touro University International. He also earned a BS in Education, Training, and Development from Southern Illinois University. He was also the first Flight Chief to earn his IMPACT Selling® System Certification from The Brooks Group setting the standard for others to follow.
