Career and Education

Dwayne received a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Southern Illinois University, and a Master’s in Economics from Haarlem Business School. His successful career in pharmaceutical sales launched him into the role of sales management.

As Principle Partner of Accelerated Medical, Dwayne led a start-up team of 22 medical sales professionals, 3 medical liaisons, 2 trainers and 1 regional coordinator across 12 states generating over $6 million profit over the first 12 months. By year 3, personnel doubled and revenues grew 3 fold as a reflection of his direct influence.

In his most recent position of Neuroscience Divisional Manager at AstraZeneca, he provided inspirational leadership and strategic direction to achieve performance objectives for neuroscience markets.
