Damon combines his years of experience in sales and consulting with his excellent communication skills to work with clients and discover what’s needed to take them to the next level.
He makes it a priority to invest proper time learning and discussing his clients’ specific sales structure and unique challenges they face in the marketplace. With this information, Damon works with The Brooks Group team to design customized solutions that best fit client objectives.
Whether it be a large or small organization, he is passionate about solving his clients’ sales process, sales talent, and sales coaching challenges and putting them on a path to achieving sustained sales excellence.
Interests and Hobbies
When not working, Damon enjoys spending time with his wife and two young kids. His family loves the beach and anything outdoors. Damon grew up in the Washington, D.C. area, but transplanted to North Carolina over 20 years ago.
