Courtney is a Regional Vice President of Sales for The Brooks Group, where she brings over 15 years of sales and marketing experience. Courtney’s strong communication and strategizing skills allow her to partner with clients and design solutions that help them reach and exceed organizational goals.

Courtney entered the Real Estate industry after graduating college, where she built a successful team specializing in new construction. For the past six years, she has worked in the Insurance/ Professional Services arena, focusing on selling to business leaders and executives.

With every client relationship she builds, Courtney’s main focus is to identify the short and long-term goals a company strives for, and consult with stakeholders to determine the best path for moving every member of the team forward.

Interests and Hobbies

Outside of work, Courtney likes to spend time with her husband, Brian (who works in Medical Device and has helped shape her knowledge of the industry) and their daughter, Juliette. Courtney enjoys art, interior design, boating, off-shore fishing, and travel.
