Cole Nastasi is a Business Development Rep at The Brooks Group, where he serves as a point-of-contact for organizational stakeholders looking to improve their teams’ sales effectiveness and overall talent management.
Cole combines his entrepreneurial mindset and sales experience to assist prospective clients in finding the solution that allows them to meet and exceed their performance goals
Education and Career
Cole graduated from University of North Carolina in Charlotte with a BA in History. He has held positions previously in sales and as an entrepreneurial lead while working in the Charlotte, NC area. While receiving his education, Cole received a grant from the National Science Foundation for his work in innovating student communication.
Cole’s expertise is in improving sales team performance and effectiveness with every client interaction he encounters. He uses his natural strength of problem-solving in finding the best possible solution which allows him to connect with clients and advise them on their sales performance and sales hiring needs.
Interests and Hobbies
In his spare time Cole enjoy cycling, playing golf, and enjoying the outdoors with his dog, Belle. He continues his professional development in business development and sales by engaging in ongoing training courses & programs.
