Thomas F. Dungan III is President & CEO of Management Concepts, a more than 40-year-old training and performance improvement company that serves more than 50,000 professionals annually throughout the United States and at client sites worldwide.
The company provides online and classroom training and professional development services for the federal government, with expertise in areas such as, Acquisition & Contracting, Federal Financial Management, Project & Program Management, and Grants Management. Management Concepts serves nearly every agency in government. In addition, the company offers Leadership, Management, and Project Management services to both the commercial and public sectors.
During Tom’s 22 year tenure, the company has successfully grown ten-fold. This consistent growth is a testament to the company’s commitment to its mission of “Unleashing the Potential of Individuals, Teams, and Organizations” and the quality of the people we hire. Management Concepts was selected as the 2010 Company of the Year by the Instructional Systems Association in recognition of its commitment to quality results for clients, openly sharing ideas with fellow members, and business success.
In addition to Management Concepts, Tom is also President of Andover Investments, LLC, a holding company for investment activity in banking and real estate activities, and sits on the board of directors for Virginia Heritage Bank and Professional Service Council. Tom is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and served in various roles including Chapter Chairman.
Tom is a graduate of the College of William and Mary with a BBA in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and worked previously with Arthur Andersen.
