Become a Research Analyst for The Brooks Group

The Brooks Group, founded in 1977 and multi-time winner of The Triad Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” awards, is looking for a Research Analyst to join our team.

The primary purpose of the Research Analyst position is to design and execute client-facing surveys and research projects and to measure the impact of sales training initiatives. 

The Research Analyst Will:

  • Design, administer, and manage surveys and analytics to measure client engagement impact and ROI.
  • Execute research projects, including question design, data analysis, and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure research and measurement deliverables are executed accurately and on time.
  • Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights through client-ready reports and presentations.
  • Support The Brooks Group’s custom GPT tool with content updates, prompt refinement, and quality assurance.
  • Maintain analyses/comparisons of competitive training and assessment providers.
  • Fulfill internal and client data requests, providing timely, accurate information and analysis.
  • Support assessment services, including generating reports and compiling team-level insights.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to draw insights from complex data
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new tools, systems, or concepts independently
  • Effective verbal and written communication; able to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint; capable of presenting data in a clear and compelling format
  • Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a research, analytics, or client-facing role.
