We recently released a brand new way to reinforce sales training concepts and I thought you might be interested in learning a bit about it. Classroom sales training needs to be highly engaging and interactive. Keeping a group of salespeople involved for more than a few minutes can be challenging and top sales training companies work hard to make sure their materials do just that. The IMPACT Summit Challenge takes the sales process and engages participants by "gamifying" training. In this highly competitive game, participants "climb" a mountain by answering product knowledge and sales skill questions. Teams earn "money" for answering questions correctly and completing interactive and real-world exercises that mirror steps required during sales interactions.
