Inbound Lead Specialist
The Brooks Group is seeking an experienced Inbound Lead Specialist with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related customer support experience.

About the Position
This is a challenging opportunity for a career-minded professional who will act as a liaison between prospects and The Brooks Group (TBG) by following up on all leads received. The ILS will also serve as the primary link between the Marketing and Sales departments regarding inbound leads.
The ILS will:
Follow up on inbound inquiries by calling and/or emailing prospects
Identify and assess customers’/prospects’ needs
Qualify all leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria
Set appointments for our sales representatives with qualified prospects
Create and manage customer/prospect/call records in SalesForce.com (SFDC) and ensure high quality and usable data is maintained
Articulate TBG’s value proposition effectively and persuasively to generate interest in the company’s offerings.
Ensure that lead follow up is conducted with sufficient organization and frequency to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Develop and improve upon call scripts, email scripts and other messages to uncover ways of opening up conversations with prospects.
Maintain expert knowledge of TBG’s products and marketing messaging
Work closely with the marketing team in developing new ways to increase awareness of TBG’s products and to evolve and improve the lead qualification process.

Tenacity and willingness to go the extra mile to engage customers and do what needs to be done
Understanding of the sales training industry is a plus
Familiarity with SFDC is a plus
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in Communications, Marketing or Business.
3+ years of customer support experience required.
