The Manager's Corner is a resource for you to ask questions about an issue, challenge or topic you have a concern about in your day to day operations. It is also a resource for articles, audios and links to information that will help you improve your skills as a manager. I will be checking this site several times each day to respond to any question or topic you raise. You can ask anything you want and may do it anonymously if you wish. As always, I will be as candid with my response as I can, but it will also be shared with the entire group for their edification. Anyone in the group may respond to my answer with their opinion, suggestion or criticism if they wish. The purpose is to have a forum of successful managers of The Brooks Group to have a resource to improve their organizations.

Characteristics of World class organizations that make them different than others: high degree of alignment...
